The Association will be made up of Regional Councils as follows:

Eastern Ontario

(Ottawa, Cornwall & Kingston)

Northern Ontario

(Sudbury, Thunder Bay & Sault Ste. Marie)

Southwestern Ontario

(Sarnia, London & Windsor)

Hamilton

(Hamilton & Kitchener)

Toronto

(GTA)

Each Active Member of the Association will affiliate with one of the Regional Councils.

Each Regional Council will have a minimum of two meetings each year.

Nominations for director may be made at a Regional Council meeting. One or more individuals may be nominated to serve as a director representing the Regional Council. Each nomination must be seconded.
